The solution
- Ward Automation uses collaborative robots, or “cobots”, because they are known for their capacity of working safely alongside operators in a factory environment. The dual-arm ABB YUMI cobot, in combination with the Asycube 240 flexible feeding system, ensures a fast and accurate assembly of medical device components, whilst the operator can safely continue to place the components in the flexible feeders.
